Is it illegal for a 16 year old to drive a slow, electric powered scooter made by Mongoose on the road?
Its obviously not fast, only electric, and made for smaller kids.
(Not a moped or anything of the sort! It is merely a 15 mph scooter)
I live in small town in Texas.
Call the cops and ask them. Not 911, but the office number. In my town,the cops said those things can only be ridden in neighborhoods and dirt roads.
